1. Acceptance of Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 4.2 Withdrawals

10. Limitation of Liability

taya708 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination

taya708 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination for cause, taya708 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination without cause, taya708 will return any verified, withdrawable balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.

You may close your taya708 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you after completion of required verification procedures.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the taya708 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transactions, taya708's records shall be considered the definitive record of all transactions and game results, absent manifest error.

13. Amendments to These Terms
